Essentials for the Homeowner – New or Established!
Whether you are a new homeowner, been in your home for awhile, or even a renter, there some things you really must have…
- Quality tool kit
- First aid kit
- Flashlight and batteries
- Fire safety gear
- Gardening tools
- Leaf blower
- Lawn mower

Quality tool kit - is really one you will use and know where it is! Donna has a tool box she inherited from her Dad, one from her ex-husband, one that is hers but the best one is the one she bought her son – everything is secured in one case, everything has a place and you can see everything all at once when you open the case!
First aid Kit – definitely essential
Flashlight and batteries - yes we all have flashlights on our phones, but it’s nice to have a backup.
Fire safety gear - fire extinguishers can certainly do the job, but a fire blanket (found it on Amazon) can definitely do the trick too.
Gardening tools - new homeowners - at some point you are going to want to plant something, or weed and having a box with your tools handy is helpful. You established homeowners –nothing wrong with splurging and upgrading a few broken or rusty tools!
Leaf blower - yes you can rake, but that gets old quickly.
Lawn mower - many times you can find these or leaf blowers at garage sales or online from those that are moving/downsizing.

Team doings in June!
Look what we did! These are the finished pieces from our VIP event at Thrown Elements in Arlington Heights!
Donna attended her niece Zoe’s dance show. She has been in dance since she was 3 years old!
Jean & Joe escaped to Canada to attend a wedding.
Jean had a birthday! A big one... we will let you do that math! What a great way to spend it too -- with her grandkids at our local carnival, West Fest.
A few words from a happy client....
